Residential Youth Caregiver

Create a safe, nurturing environment, supervise daily routines, assist with homework, teach life skills, and encourage positive behavior for pre-K–12 students. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students' academic, social, and emotional growth. This role supports the mission of Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution, by fostering a diverse community where youth thrive through compassionate mentorship and consistent daily care.
