Residential Youth Caregiver

Create a safe, nurturing environment for students by supervising daily routines, assisting with homework, teaching life skills, and encouraging positive behavior. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students' academic, social, and emotional growth. This role requires patience, reliability, and a passion for mentoring youth in a diverse community at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential setting for pre-K–12 students.
