Job Summary
Supervise students in residential homes and during on- and off-campus activities while maintaining a structured, predictable environment. Coordinate daily schedules including meals, chores, activities, and bedtimes, and actively build trusting relationships through mentorship and positive behavior management. Support life-skills learning such as personal hygiene and organization, collaborate with teachers and counselors to address academic and emotional needs, and document student observations or incidents. Respond calmly to crisis situations using de-escalation strategies and follow school protocols to ensure safety. Participate in family-style mealtimes and encourage involvement in extracurricular and community service opportunities.
