Job Summary
Conduct daily care and supervision for residential students, managing routines including meals, chores, activities, and bedtimes while modeling positive behavior. Build trusting relationships through mentorship and de-escalation strategies to support social-emotional growth and character development. Collaborate with teachers and counselors to reinforce school policies, document observations, and facilitate life-skills learning in hygiene, organization, and time management. Respond calmly to crisis situations and ensure safety during on- and off-campus activities. Work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays within a structured, inclusive home environment.
