Job Summary
Supervise students in the home and during on- and off-campus activities while maintaining a structured, predictable environment. Coordinate daily schedules including meals, chores, and bedtimes, and actively build trusting relationships through mentorship and positive behavior management. Support life-skills learning such as personal hygiene and organization, and collaborate with teachers and counselors to address academic and emotional needs. Respond calmly to crisis situations using de-escalation strategies and follow school protocols to ensure safety. Participate in family-style mealtimes and encourage involvement in extracurricular and community service opportunities. Manage irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays consistent with the residential school schedule.
