Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School. Create a safe, nurturing home-life environment, supervise routines, assist with homework, teach life skills, and encourage positive behavior. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth; support pre-K–12 students in a residential setting; ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and passionate about mentoring youth in a diverse community.
