Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School provides a safe, nurturing environment for pre-K–12 students, supervising routines, assisting with homework, teaching life skills, and encouraging positive behavior. Collaborates with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth, and supports mentoring of youth in a diverse community. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and passionate about mentoring youth and making a lasting difference in students’ lives.
