Residential Youth Caregiver

Create a safe, nurturing environment, supervise daily routines, assist with homework, teach life skills, and encourage positive behavior for pre-K–12 students. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students' academic, social, and emotional growth. This role requires patience, reliability, and a passion for mentoring youth within Milton Hershey School's diverse, mission-driven community.
