Job Summary
Supervise students in residential homes and during on- and off-campus activities while maintaining a structured, predictable environment. Provide daily care, guidance, and meals, support life-skills learning including personal hygiene and organization, and coordinate daily schedules. Build trusting relationships through mentorship and positive behavior management, collaborating with teachers and counselors to address academic and social-emotional needs. Respond calmly to crises using de-escalation strategies and document relevant observations. Work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
