Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School to support pre-K–12 students in a live-in, home-life focused setting. Responsibilities include creating a safe, nurturing environment; supervising routines; assisting with homework; teaching life skills; encouraging positive behavior; and collaborating with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
