Job Summary
Provide compassionate supervision of daily routines for students in a residential setting; create a safe, nurturing environment; supervise routines, assist with homework, teach life skills, and encourage positive behavior. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and passionate about mentoring youth in a diverse community. This is a mission-driven role at Milton Hershey School to support pre-K–12 students in a residential setting.
