Residential Youth Caregiver

Job Summary
Supervise students in residential homes and during on- and off-campus activities while maintaining a structured, predictable environment. Coordinate daily schedules including meals, chores, activities, and bedtimes, and support life-skills learning such as personal hygiene, organization, and time management. Build trusting relationships through mentorship and positive behavior management to foster responsibility, resilience, and respect. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to identify and support academic, social, and emotional needs. Respond calmly to crisis situations using de-escalation strategies and follow school protocols to ensure safety. Document relevant student observations or incidents. Work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
