Residential Youth Caregiver

Supervise students in the home and during on- and off-campus activities while maintaining a structured, predictable environment. Coordinate daily schedules, including meals, chores, activities, and bedtimes, and support life-skills learning such as personal hygiene, organization, and time management. Build trusting relationships through mentorship and positive behavior management to foster responsibility, resilience, and respect. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to identify and support academic, social, and emotional needs. Respond calmly to crisis or conflict situations using de-escalation strategies and school protocols to ensure safety. Participate in family-style mealtimes and encourage involvement in extracurricular, community service, and enrichment opportunities. Manage irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays consistent with a residential school schedule.
