Residential Youth Caregiver responsible for creating a safe, nurturing residential environment for pre-K–12 students, supervising routines, assisting with homework, teaching life skills, and encouraging positive behavior. Collaborates with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth in a diverse community. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and passionate about mentoring youth and making a lasting difference in students’ lives. Location: Champaign, IL (on-site).
