Job Summary
Model positive behavior and support students with homework routines while coordinating daily schedules, meals, and activities. Supervise youth in the home and during on- and off-campus events, maintaining a structured environment that reinforces school policies. Document observations and incidents, collaborate with teachers and counselors to address individual needs, and guide life-skills learning including hygiene and time management. Respond calmly to crises using de-escalation strategies to ensure student safety. Work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
