Residential Youth Caregiver

Create a safe, nurturing environment by supervising daily routines, assisting with homework, teaching life skills, and encouraging positive behavior. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students' academic, social, and emotional growth. This role supports the mission of Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential school for pre-K–12 students, by fostering a diverse community where youth receive compassionate care and mentorship.
