Residential Youth Caregiver

Provide a safe, nurturing home life for students at Milton Hershey School, supervising routines, assisting with homework, teaching life skills, and encouraging positive behavior. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth; ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and passionate about mentoring youth in a diverse community. This role focuses on mentoring youth in a residential, mission-driven setting.
