Job Summary
Conduct daily care, guidance, and structure for a diverse group of school-age children and adolescents within a residential home environment. Supervise students during on- and off-campus activities while maintaining a structured, predictable environment that reinforces school policies. Coordinate daily schedules including meals, chores, activities, and bedtimes, and actively build trusting relationships through mentorship and positive behavior management. Support life-skills learning such as personal hygiene, organization, and time management, and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to address academic and emotional needs. Respond calmly to crisis or conflict situations using de-escalation strategies and follow school protocols to ensure safety.
