Residential Youth Caregiver

Create a safe, nurturing environment for students, supervise daily routines, assist with homework, and teach life skills. Encourage positive behavior while collaborating with educational and support staff to promote academic, social, and emotional growth. Maintain a compassionate presence in a diverse community setting.
