Job Summary
Live and work within a residential student home environment, providing daily care, guidance, and structure to a diverse group of school-age children and adolescents. Model positive behavior and healthy life skills while supporting students with homework, school routines, and daily schedules including meals, chores, activities, and bedtimes. Actively build trusting relationships, offer mentorship, and use positive behavior management techniques to help students develop responsibility, resilience, and respect. Supervise students in the home and during on- and off-campus activities, maintain a structured environment, reinforce school policies, and document relevant observations. Participate in family-style mealtimes, support life-skills learning, and respond calmly to crisis or conflict situations using de-escalation strategies and school protocols.
