Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School to support pre-K–12 students in daily home life. Responsibilities include supervising routines, assisting with homework, teaching life skills, and encouraging positive behavior. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
