Residential Youth Caregiver

Provide supervision and mentoring for residential students at Milton Hershey School; create a safe home-life routine, supervise routines, assist with homework, teach life skills, and encourage positive behavior. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and passionate about mentoring youth in a diverse community. This mission-driven role supports students’ daily life and development.
