Job Summary
Live and work within a residential student home environment, providing daily care, guidance, and structure to a diverse group of school-age children and adolescents. Supervise students in the home and during on- and off-campus activities while maintaining a structured, predictable environment. Model positive behavior, support life-skills learning such as personal hygiene and organization, and coordinate daily schedules including meals, chores, and bedtimes. Actively build trusting relationships, offer mentorship, and use positive behavior management techniques to help students develop responsibility and resilience. Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to ensure each student's academic, social, and emotional needs are identified and supported. Respond calmly to crisis or conflict situations using de-escalation strategies and follow school protocols to ensure safety.
