Residential Youth Caregiver

Job Summary
Provide daily care, guidance, and structure to students in a residential home environment, modeling positive behavior and supporting academic routines, homework, and life skills. Coordinate daily schedules including meals, chores, activities, and bedtimes while building trusting relationships and using positive behavior management techniques. Supervise students during on- and off-campus activities, reinforce school policies, document observations, and respond calmly to crises using de-escalation strategies. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to address student needs, participate in family-style mealtimes, and encourage involvement in extracurricular and community service opportunities. Manage irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays consistent with the residential school schedule.
