Job Summary
Provide supervision of daily routines, assist with homework, teach life skills, and mentor youth within a residential school setting. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth; create a safe, nurturing home-life environment and encourage positive behavior among students in a diverse community. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and passionate about mentoring youth in a mission-driven environment dedicated to the well-being and development of pre-K–12 students.
