Residential Youth Caregiver

Create a safe, nurturing environment while supervising daily routines and assisting students with homework and life skills. Encourage positive behavior and collaborate with educational and support staff to promote academic, social, and emotional growth. This role supports pre-K–12 students in a diverse community at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution focused on mentoring youth and making a lasting difference in their lives.
