Create a safe, nurturing environment for students by supervising daily routines, assisting with homework, and teaching life skills. Encourage positive behavior while collaborating with educational and support staff to promote academic, social, and emotional growth. Support pre-K–12 students in a diverse community through patient mentoring and compassionate care within a mission-driven residential school setting.
