Residential Youth Caregiver

Job Summary
Live and work within a residential student home environment, providing daily care, guidance, and structure to a diverse group of school-age children and adolescents. Supervise students in the home and during on- and off-campus activities while maintaining a structured, predictable environment. Coordinate daily schedules, including meals, chores, activities, and bedtimes, and actively build trusting relationships through mentorship and positive behavior management. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support students' academic, social, and emotional needs, and document relevant observations or incidents. Respond calmly to crisis or conflict situations using de-escalation strategies and school protocols.
