Job Summary
Live and work within a residential student home environment, providing daily care, guidance, and structure to a diverse group of school-age children and adolescents. Model positive behavior and healthy life skills while supporting students with homework, coordinating daily schedules including meals and activities, and building trusting relationships through mentorship and positive behavior management. Supervise students during on- and off-campus activities, maintain a structured environment, reinforce school policies, and document relevant observations. Respond calmly to crisis situations using de-escalation strategies and follow school protocols to ensure safety. Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support each student's academic, social, and emotional needs.
