Provide residential care and supervision for pre-K–12 students at Milton Hershey School; create safe nurturing home-like environment, supervise routines, assist with homework, teach life skills, encourage positive behavior, and collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
