Residential Youth Caregiver

Job Summary
Supervise students in residential homes and during on- and off-campus activities while maintaining a structured, predictable environment. Support daily routines including meals, homework, chores, and bedtimes, and model positive behavior to foster responsibility and resilience. Build trusting relationships through mentorship and de-escalation strategies during crises, collaborating with teachers and counselors to address academic and emotional needs. Document observations and incidents, and guide life-skills learning in personal hygiene, organization, and time management. Manage irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays consistent with the school schedule.
