Residential Youth Caregiver

Create a safe, nurturing environment, supervise daily routines, assist with homework, and teach life skills to residential students. Encourage positive behavior and collaborate with educational and support staff to promote academic, social, and emotional growth. This role supports students' daily home life at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution for pre-K–12 students. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and passionate about mentoring youth in a diverse community within this mission-driven setting.
