Provide residential care for Milton Hershey School students, supervise daily routines, assist with homework, teach life skills, and encourage positive behavior. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. This role supports students’ home life and daily functioning in a residential setting, contributing to a safe, nurturing environment and the students’ overall development.
