Job Summary
Conduct daily care, guidance, and structure for students in residential homes, modeling positive behavior and supporting homework routines. Coordinate schedules for meals, chores, activities, and bedtimes while building trusting relationships and using positive behavior management techniques. Supervise students during on- and off-campus activities, maintain a structured environment, and document observations or incidents. Respond calmly to crises using de-escalation strategies and follow school protocols to ensure safety. Collaborate with teachers and counselors to support academic, social, and emotional needs. Work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires prior experience in residential care or youth programs, CPR/First Aid certification, and cultural sensitivity.
