Job Summary
Supervise students in residential homes and during on- and off-campus activities while maintaining a structured environment that supports academic progress and social-emotional growth. Model positive behavior, assist with homework and school routines, and coordinate daily schedules including meals, chores, and bedtimes. Build trusting relationships through mentorship and positive behavior management, collaborating with teachers and counselors to address individual student needs. Document observations, reinforce school policies, and participate in family-style mealtimes and life-skills learning. Respond calmly to crises using de-escalation strategies and follow school protocols to ensure safety. Manage irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays consistent with the residential school schedule.
