Job Summary
Supervise students in the home and during on- and off-campus activities while maintaining a structured, predictable environment. Coordinate daily schedules, including meals, chores, activities, and bedtimes, and support life-skills learning such as personal hygiene, organization, and time management. Actively build trusting relationships, model positive behavior, and use de-escalation strategies to ensure safety and well-being during crisis or conflict situations. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to identify and support students' academic, social, and emotional needs. Document relevant student observations or incidents and encourage involvement in extracurricular and community service opportunities. Manage irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays consistent with a residential school schedule.
