Residential Youth Caregiver

Supervise students in the home and during on- and off-campus activities while maintaining a structured, predictable environment. Coordinate daily schedules, including meals, chores, activities, and bedtimes, and support life-skills learning such as personal hygiene, organization, and time management. Actively build trusting relationships, offer mentorship, and use positive behavior management techniques to help students develop responsibility, resilience, and respect. Respond calmly in crisis or conflict situations using de-escalation strategies and follow school protocols to ensure safety. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to identify and support each student's academic, social, and emotional needs. Manage irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, consistent with a residential school schedule.
