Residential Youth Caregiver

Job Summary
Conduct daily care, guidance, and structure for students in residential homes, modeling positive behavior and supporting homework routines. Coordinate schedules for meals, chores, activities, and bedtimes while building trusting relationships and using de-escalation strategies during crises. Supervise students on- and off-campus, collaborate with teachers and counselors on academic and emotional needs, and document observations. Participate in family-style mealtimes and life-skills training, including personal hygiene and time management, while encouraging extracurricular and community service involvement. Manage irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays consistent with the school schedule.
