Residential Youth Caregiver

Create a safe, nurturing environment, supervise daily routines, assist with homework, teach life skills, and encourage positive behavior. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Support pre-K–12 students in a cost-free residential setting at Milton Hershey School. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and passionate about mentoring youth in a diverse community.
