Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School who will create a safe, nurturing environment, supervise daily routines, assist with homework, teach life skills, and encourage positive behavior. Collaborates with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth; ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and passionate about mentoring youth in a diverse community. This is a mission-driven role focused on supporting pre-K–12 students in a residential setting.
