Residential Youth Caregiver

Create a safe, nurturing environment for students by supervising daily routines, assisting with homework, and teaching life skills. Encourage positive behavior while collaborating with educational and support staff to promote academic, social, and emotional growth. Provide compassionate care and mentoring to pre-K–12 students in a diverse residential community. This mission-driven role focuses on supporting students' daily home life within the Milton Hershey School's cost-free residential setting.
