Job Summary
Supervise students in residential homes and during on- and off-campus activities while maintaining a structured, predictable environment. Model positive behavior, support daily routines including homework and meals, and coordinate schedules for chores, activities, and bedtimes. Build trusting relationships through mentorship and positive behavior management to foster responsibility and resilience. Collaborate with teachers and counselors to address academic, social, and emotional needs, and document relevant observations or incidents. Respond calmly to crises using de-escalation strategies and school protocols to ensure student safety. Manage irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays consistent with the residential school schedule.
