Provide safe, nurturing residential care for pre-K–12 students at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising routines, assisting with homework, teaching life skills, mentoring youth, and encouraging positive behavior. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
