Provide a safe, nurturing residential environment for pre-K–12 students at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, assisting with homework, teaching life skills, encouraging positive behavior, and collaborating with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
