Residential Youth Caregiver

Create a safe, nurturing environment by supervising daily routines, assisting with homework, and teaching life skills. Encourage positive behavior while mentoring youth in a diverse community. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Support pre-K–12 students in a cost-free residential setting at Milton Hershey School.
