Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing environment for pre-K–12 students, supervise routines, assist with homework, teach life skills, and encourage positive behavior. Collaborates with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and passionate about mentoring youth in a diverse community; mission-driven to make a lasting difference in students’ lives. Location: Newark, CA (onsite).
