Provide safe, nurturing residential care for pre-K–12 students at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising routines, assisting with homework, teaching life skills, and encouraging positive behavior. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and passionate about mentoring youth in a diverse community.
