Job Summary
Supervise students in residential homes and during on- and off-campus activities while maintaining a structured, predictable environment. Coordinate daily schedules including meals, chores, and bedtimes; support life-skills learning such as personal hygiene and time management. Build trusting relationships through mentorship and positive behavior management, collaborating with teachers and counselors to address academic and social-emotional needs. Respond calmly to crisis situations using de-escalation strategies and follow school protocols. Participate in family-style mealtimes and encourage extracurricular and community service involvement. Manage irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
