Residential Youth Caregiver

Supervise students in the home and during on- and off-campus activities while maintaining a structured, predictable environment. Model positive behavior to support academic progress, social-emotional growth, and character development through daily care, guidance, and mentorship. Coordinate daily schedules including meals, chores, and bedtimes, and actively build trusting relationships using positive behavior management techniques. Document relevant student observations or incidents and collaborate with teachers and counselors to address individual needs. Respond calmly to crisis situations using de-escalation strategies and follow school protocols to ensure safety. Participate in family-style mealtimes and support life-skills learning such as personal hygiene and time management. Work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays consistent with the residential school schedule.
