Residential Youth Caregiver

Provide compassionate residential care to Milton Hershey School students; create a safe nurturing environment, supervise daily routines, assist with homework, teach life skills, and encourage positive behavior. Collaborate with educational and support staff to promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
